This partial planning package is ideal for couples who need someone to guide them during the planning process, to share tasks & communications, and to coordinate the entire wedding day; this package includes:
- Up to 8 planning meetings & 2 site visits
- Unlimited email correspondence
- Assistance on details, contracts, vendor communications and budget
- Development of timelines & floor plans
- Customized planning spreadsheet
- Access to Pearl Decor Inventory
Starting price: $6500
This coordination package is perfect for couples with a set plan, who need help to shine and refine their details, and require coordination of their wedding day. This service begins 8 weeks before the event date and includes:
- Up to 3 planning meetings & 1 site visit
- Monthly checklist & planning questionnaire
- Polishing timelines, floor plans, and day-of details
- Finalizing venue & vendor details
- Setup & take-down of welcome table, place cards, table numbers, favours, and drink tickets
- Execution of couple’s wedding day plans
Starting price: $3625
This service is intended help with set-up and take-down of decorations and/or program planning for any non-wedding private event. An MC may be provided upon request. Private party options include:

Starting price: $300
