We set-up place cards, table numbers, favours, drink tickets, signs, and welcome tables complimentarily. If you need us to set-up and take-down more decor, we charge an additional fee to compensate for extra staff or time required to be outside of coordination duties.

As the trends change, so does our inventory. To see a list of items we offer complimentarily or for rent after booking, such as bud vases, candle holders, chair covers, faux floral arrangements, etc., let us know.

Inquire with us on the contact page or at the bottom of our homepage. We’ll reply within 48 hours via e-mail (check your spam folder!), then you can book a free initial meeting with us to get to know our services more. Once booked, we communicate e-mail/meetings/Google spreadsheets and eventually call/text as the event comes closer.

We offer flexible pricing based on the services required and complexity of the event. After the initial meeting, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

We request a non-refundable retainer fee upon booking to secure your date, then we have the 2nd and 3rd payments before the Event Date, and any outstanding balance is due 3 days after the event.
