Marhielle | Wedding Planner & Coordinator
Meet Marhielle, a vibrant individual who finds delight in a variety of activities. From hiking in the great outdoors to expressing her creativity through painting, singing, dancing, and crafting, she embraces every opportunity to explore her passions. Fun facts: she hiked 170km across the borders of France, Switzerland and Italy over 9 days, and performed for countless concerts growing up, including Brian McKnight’s. Marhielle also enjoys connecting with others through social events, cherishing each gathering as a memorable experience.
Beginning as an Assistant Coordinator and Vocalist in the wedding industry in 2016, and getting to plan events everyday as an elementary school teacher, Marhielle put her energy towards becoming a Certified Wedding Planner. This moved her to establish Pearl Collaborations, where she combines her passion for serving others, celebrating milestones, creating artwork, and supporting couples on their marriage journey. Known for her joyful, comforting, and graceful presence, Marhielle takes pride in crafting a seamless timeline for you, your guests and your vendors. Her priority is ensuring that you can fully embrace your special day and feel the love of your loved ones.
Rachael | Wedding Coordinator
Meet Rachael, a dynamic individual with a zest for life. Rachael finds exhilaration on the slopes, skillfully combines various ingredients to create delightful and refreshing concoctions, and savours every culinary experience as an avid foodie. Embracing her creative side, Rachael enjoys DIY projects and planning unforgettable social gatherings.
Rachael began assisting Marhielle at weddings in 2019. Known as the party planner whose events you don’t want to miss, she excels at creating memorable and unique moments. Rachael brings vibrancy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to fulfilling your vision. She is adept at quickly resolving any issues that may arise on your wedding day and has a deep understanding of what works and what doesn't in terms of timing, aesthetics, and budget. With Rachael as your coordinator, you can feel at ease and well taken care of.
Eryn | Wedding Coordinator & Designer
Meet Eryn, your calm, creative wedding coordinator. With an eye for design and a background in custom calligraphy, she blends thoughtful styling and artful details to make each celebration feel personal and beautiful. A hands-on mom of two, Eryn balances warm organization with playful creativity, guiding couples through planning with patience, honest advice, and a knack for turning simple ideas into unforgettable moments.
Eryn brings years of wedding-coordinating experience to Pearl Collaborations, having managed ceremonies and receptions independently before joining the team in 2025. Since coming on board she’s become known for confident, steady leadership and a refined aesthetic. From intimate elopements to full-scale venue celebrations, Eryn applies proven expertise to timelines, vendor coordination, and design decisions, so couples can relax and enjoy a day that feels distinctly theirs.
Olivia | Wedding Coordinator & Choreographer
Meet Olivia, a bubbly, detail-oriented wedding coordinator who has been working with Pearl Collaborations since 2022. With a background in dance, she brings choreography expertise to weddings - offering bespoke first-dance routines and family numbers - while applying a keen eye for design to create stylish, personalized events. A natural host (she even organized a café-styled birthday in her home, serving handcrafted drinks and pastries while guests were welcome to stop by or stay on their laptops like an actual café), she blends warm hospitality with thoughtful, beautiful details.
When she’s not coordinating, choreographing, setting up or taking down weddings, she’s dancing, traveling, hiking, trying out new restaurants, or exploring the outdoors, bringing that adventurous, energetic spirit to every event. Couples who want a joyful, hands-on coordinator who cares about design, movement, and memorable moments will find Olivia ready to make their day uniquely beautiful.
Tina | Wedding Coordinator
Meet Tina, a devoted mother of four, balancing family life with a passion for event design and hospitality, specializing in Catholic weddings & baptisms where she guides couples through meaningful traditions with care and confidence. Tina has been coordinating weddings with Pearl Collaborations since 2023, bringing calm organization and joyful energy to every celebration she’s in. Her warm, personable approach helps couples feel supported from ceremony logistics to reception flow, ensuring reverence and joy are woven seamlessly throughout the day.
An avid runner who has completed several marathons, she channels the same endurance and focus into wedding planning. She loves the outdoors, dancing, singing, and hosting gatherings as much as she can - qualities that make her a spirited collaborator who creates lively, heartfelt celebrations.
